摘    要:焦化废水水质复杂,处理难点在于去除水中高浓度的CODCr、NH3-N和氰化物等。首钢某焦化厂废水处理工程采用以O1/A/O2工艺(预曝气/缺氧/好氧)为核心、前置除油预处理、后置混凝沉淀深度处理工艺,取得了较好的处理效果。运行结果表明:O1/A/O2工艺对CODCr和NH3-N的去除率分别可达95%和89%以上;混凝沉淀采用聚合硫酸铁絮凝剂和PAM助凝剂,加药量分别为600~800 mg/L和1~2 mg/L时,CODCr去除率在50%左右,脱色效果好。经过预处理、生化处理及深度处理后,出水主要污染物指标达到了《污水综合排放标准》的二级排放标准要求。

Abstract:The water quality of the wastewater from coking plants is complex.The main difficulty lies in getting rid of the highly concentrated CODCr,NH3-N and cyanide,etc.O1/A/O2(pre-aeration/anoxic/oxic) treatment process has been used as the core,and pre-oil removing pretreatment and post-positive coagulation sedimentation as advanced treatment process by the wastewater treatment project of a coking plant at Shougang,obtaining pretty good treatment effectiveness.The running results indicate that the removing effect of O1/A/O2 on the removing rates of CODCr and NH3-N are above 95% and 89%,respectively.In the process of coagulation sedimentation process,polyferric sulfate as flocculant and PAM as coagulant aid are used.When their dosages are 600-800 mg/L and 1-2 mg/L,respectively,their CODCr removing rates are about 50%,and the decoloring effectiveness is good.After the pretreatment,biochemical treatment and advanced treatment,the main pollutant index in the effluent meet the second class requirements of the Integrated Discharge Standard of Wastewater.
