摘    要:介绍了生物质热解的简单一级动力学模型和分布活化能模型,并利用这两种模型分别对玉米秸秆在15、25、30K/min升温速率下的热重分析数据进行了研究。利用简单一级动力学模型计算的活化能数值在7~54kJ/mol之间,指前因子在2.8×10~4~3.3×10~4min~(-1)之间;利用分布式活化能模型计算的活化能数值在65~80kJ/mol之间,指前因子在1.9×10~5~3.0×10~5min~(-1)之间。同时,分析了产生上述差异的原因,并通过研究分布活化能模型的计算结果得出分布活化能模型更能反映生物质热解动力学过程的结论。

Abstract:Determined kinetic parameters can be used for design and control of thermal decomposition process. One order kinetics model and distributed activation energy model (DAEM) were compared. The different activation energy values from 7kJ/mol to 54kJ/mol for one order kinetics model and from 65kJ/mol to 80kJ/mol for DAEM were used. The frequency factors were also different, from 2.8×104 min-1 to 3.3 × 104 min-1 for one order kinetics model and from 1.9x105 min-1 to 3.0 × 105 min-1 for DAEM. These differences were also analysized. The results show that DAEM fits the experimental data very well.
