阻燃沥青混合料阻燃抑烟性能及路用性能研究

摘    要:设计沥青混合料直接燃烧试验,以试件燃烧时间、表面温度为指标评价阻燃剂对沥青混合料阻燃性能的影响;提出试件燃烧时烟雾面积的计算方法,以烟雾面积大小判别阻燃剂的抑烟效果;设计沥青混合料的路用性能试验,评价阻燃剂对沥青混合料路用性能的影响.结果表明:阻燃剂掺量越大,沥青的氧指数越高,沥青混合料试件的燃烧时间越短,表面温度越低,抑烟性能越好.阻燃效果较好的酸性阻燃剂会显著降低沥青混合料的高温稳定性和水稳定性.阻燃剂在沥青铺面工程中的适用性必须综合考虑其对沥青混合料阻燃性能和路用性能的影响.

Abstract:Direct combustion experiments of asphalt mixture specimen to test the combustion time, surface temperature index for evaluation of the effect of flame retardant on flame retardancy of asphalt mixture were designed and conducted; Calculation method for smoke area in combustion to determine the smoke suppression of flame retardant was proposed. Road performance test of asphalt mixture to evaluate the effect of flame retardant on road performance of asphalt mixture was carried out. Test results show that the higher the use level of flame retardant, the higher the oxygen index of asphalt, the shorter the combustion time, the lower the surface temperature, the better the smoke suppression of asphalt mixture specimen. The addition of acidic flame retardants that have better flame retardancy significantly reduces the high temperature stability and water stability of asphalt mixture. The suitability to use flame retardants in the asphalt pavement project should be taken into account in terms of both flame retardancy and road performance of asphalt mixture.
