摘    要:本文对高硫铝土矿固硫预处理的效果和溶出效果进行了研究。结果表明:常规焙烧后硫含量较高,固硫时间充分,固硫后硫含量高;微波焙烧后硫含量较低,固硫温度更低,固硫时间更短,固硫后硫含量增加的幅度更大;固硫预处理不仅可提高氧化铝溶出率,也可降低硫溶出率,可减少溶出过程对设备的腐蚀。

Abstract:In this paper, fixed sulfurSpretreatment andSdissolution effects of high sulfur bauxite were researched. The main conclusions of this article are as follows: Higher sulfur contents can be obtained using conventional roasting. The fixed sulfur time is fully, and higher sulfur contents can also be obtained after fixed; Lower sulfur contents can be obtained using microwave roasting. The fixed sulfur time is shorter, and the rate of increasing sulfur contents is larger after fixed; The fixed sulfurSpretreatment can not only improve the rate of alumina dissolution, reduce the rate of sulfur dissolution, and also reduce the corrosion for leaching equipment.
