摘    要:模拟加氢裂化反应流出物空冷器腐蚀系统,结合中国石油化工股份有限公司茂名分公司现场装置的实际情况,对注水规律及缓蚀阻垢剂性能进行研究。研究结果表明,多硫化钠与苯并三唑复配后其缓蚀效果较明显;在加氢裂化高压空冷器腐蚀防护措施中,合理的注水及选择合适的抗腐蚀材料是解决腐蚀问题的关键, 但当原料中硫或氮含量过高时,必须考虑加入缓蚀阻垢剂。

Abstract:Investigation on the NH4Cl-NH4HS fouling corrosion of high pressure air cooler (HPAC) in hydrocracking unit of SINOPEC Maoming Company was carried out on a simulation test device using simulated corrosion medium to observe the influences of water injection modes and various corrosion inhibitors on the corrosion of HPAC. The results showed that the inhibition performance of compounded corrosion inhibitor, sodium polysulfide and benzotriazole, was significant; the key points in corrosion protection of HPAC were selecting proper water injection mode and corrosion resistance material; when processing high sulfur and nitrogen feed, the addition of corrosion inhibitor was recommended.
