固体超强酸SO42-/TiO2-SnO2的制备与表征

摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了SO42-/TiO2-SnO2固体超强酸,以乙酸和正丁醇的酯化反应作为探针反应,考察了不同制备条件对固体超强酸催化性能的影响,并用IR、XRD、TG-DTA等手段对催化剂进行表征。实验结果表明,SO42-/TiO2-SnO2较好的制备条件是:钛锡摩尔比为3∶1,H2SO4浸渍液浓度为2.0 mol/L,焙烧温度为500 ℃,焙烧时间为3 h。

Abstract:Solid superacid catalyst SO42-/TiO2-SnO2 was prepared by sol-gel method; The catalytic performance was evaluated by the esterification of acetic acid and n-butanol and the influences of preparation parameters on its catalytic properties were studied. These catalysts were characterized by IR, XRD and TG-DTA. The optimum preparation conditions for the catalyst SO42-/TiO2-SnO2 was: the mole ratio of titanium and tin 3∶1, impregnated with 2.0mol/L H2SO4, calcinated at 500℃ for 3 h。
