| 摘 要： | LTB-1增产丙烯助剂在大港石化分公司1.6Mt/a催化裂化装置(FCC)上工业应用的结果表明,加入占催化剂藏量2%的LTB-1增产丙烯助剂可以有效提高催化裂化装置的液化气收率,特别是其中丙烯的产率,液化气收率提高3.25个百分点,丙烯对原料的产率提高1.34个百分点,年创经济效益4026万元。

| Abstract: | LTB-1 additive was applied in the 1.6 Mt/a FCC unit of PetroChina Dagang Petrochemical Company for enhancing propylene yield.The operation results showed that said additive could effectively increase the LPG yield,esp.propylene yield.With a 2% LTB-1 additive in the catalyst inventory,the LPG yield increased 3.25 percentages,in which the propylene yield increased 1.34 percentages(based on feed),which indicated that an economic benefit of 40.26 million RMB was obtained annually. |
