分隔壁精馏塔分离芳烃混合物的研究

摘    要:利用分隔壁精馏塔实验室小试装置对苯、甲苯、二甲苯三组分芳烃混合物的分离进行了初步探索,考察了进料组成、进料速度、回流比、分配比等因素对分离效果的影响。结果表明,当分隔壁精馏塔进料中甲苯的体积分数为60%、苯和二甲苯的含量相当、进料速度为1.1mL/min、分配比为1:2、回流比为6:1时,分离效果最佳,此时塔顶采出苯的质量分数达到94.9%,侧线采出甲苯的质量分数为96.4%,塔釜中不含轻组分。

Abstract:The investigation of separating benzene/toluene/dimethyl benzene mixture by dividing wall column(DWC)was carried out in the laboratory using a small scale DWC device.The effect of feed mixed ratios,feeding rate,reflux ratio and distribution ratio on the separation efficiency was studied.It was found that under the following conditions:the volume ratios of benzene/toluene/dimethyl benzene of 1:3:1,a feeding rate of 1.1 mL/min,a reflux ratio of 6:1 and a distribution ratio of 1:2,the optimal separation results were obtained,including a 94.9% benzene as overhead product,a 96.4% toluene as side stream product and without light components in the bottoms.
