脱硫醇催化剂磺化酞菁钴稳定性能的改善

摘    要:针对脱硫醇催化剂磺化酞菁钴稳定性及循环使用性能差的缺点,研究了改善催化剂碱液稳定性的方法,并利用紫外-可见吸收光谱以及电位滴定等分析方法考察了改善前后催化剂碱液的催化活性以及循环使用寿命。结果表明,复合有机胺类活性剂ST的加入可以在相对较长的时间内保持催化剂碱液的高催化活性,同时延长催化剂碱液的循环使用周期。

Abstract:An investigation on improving the stability of sulphonated cobalt phthalocyanina catalyst for sweetening process was carried out using techniques such as UV-Vis spectrum and potentiometry titration,to compare the catalytic performance of alkaline catalyst system prior and post to modification.The experimental results demonstrated that adding organic amine ST like complex could effectively improve the catalyst stability,keeping high activity and prolonging running cycle.
