摘    要:通过应用快速电脱盐技术,在原油处理量由1.5 Mt/a提升至4.0 Mt/a的基础上,脱后含盐平均值由7mg/L降低至5mg/L,实现了预期目的;根据该电脱盐系统改造的实例,前后对比进行分析,总结改造取得的进展并为今后进一步改造提出建议。

Abstract:A quick desalting technique was reported in this communication after revamping the inner structure and electric circuit of the existing desalting tank,plus altering the feeding mode.As a result,the average salt content of the desalted crude decreased from 7.0mg/L to 4.7mg/L despite of the capacity increased from 1.5Mt/a to 4.0Mt/a.Measures for further reducing the salt content of treated crude were proposed as well.
