气体脱硫装置酸性气中H2S浓度问题分析及对策

摘    要:中油辽河石化分公司硫磺回收装置硫磺回收率低、运行不平稳,主要原因是干气、液化气精制系统酸性气中H2S浓度低,CO2含量高等原因造成。通过采用减少进料口数、提高溶液浓度、调整贫液温度、投用富液闪蒸罐顶贫液等措施,提高了酸性气中H2S浓度,降低了CO2含量,使硫磺装置硫磺回收率得到提高。酸性气中H2S浓度由12.74%提高到34.2%,CO2含量由78.7%降低到60%,硫磺装置硫磺回收率由80.27%提高到92.72%。

Abstract:The H2S content of sour gas from the dry gas and LPG desulfurization unit was lower than the design value of feed for sulfur recovery unit.Thus,the sulfur recovery rate was low and the unit was in unstable operation.Measures,such as altering the absorption tower inlet,reducing the number of tower plates,increasing the concentration of absorption medium,adjusting the temperature of lean solution and etc.,were adopted.Since then the quality of sour gas was improved:the volume content of H2S increased from below 21.54% to over 46.34% and the volume content of CO2 dropped from over 73.62% to below 49.67%.As a result,the sulfur recovery rate increased from less than 82.10% to more than 92.20%.
