克劳斯法硫磺回收工艺技术进展

摘    要:本文在分析我国建于炼厂的克劳斯法硫磺回收装置的工艺技术水平现状的基础上,提出在特定的情况下,选择使用氧基硫磺回收工艺、Selectox选择性催化氧化工艺、液相氧化-还原法脱(制)硫工艺、亚露点硫磺回收工艺和超级克劳斯法工艺等5种新工艺,对经济合理地进行装置扩容改造,或提高装置的总硫回收率及降低能耗具有参考价值。

Abstract:The present status of Claus process based sulfur recovery units in domestic refineries is reviewed. Other related processes, such as oxygen based sulfur recovery, Selectox, Redox, Sub-dew point sulfur recovery and Super Claus, are introduced. It is suggested that the utilization of these technologies in the revamping of present sulfur recovery units might provide a reasonable and economic way to increase total sulfur recovery rate and reduce energy consumption.
