摘    要:浙江沿海火力发电厂比较常见的是采用海水循环冷却的方法为发电机提供热交换,循环水管道一般采用盾构隧道。在新建工程的盾构隧道建设中,普遍会遇到隧道穿越新建海堤引起的管片变形受力问题。本文以浙江六横电厂排水隧道工程为例,采用数值分析的方法,通过对排水隧道穿越海堤段进行三维实体建模,分析评价了该段管片相互连接螺栓的受力、变形及稳定性,为项目设计提供依据。

Abstract:Sea water circulation cooling method is widely used in the heat exchange for coastal thermal power plant in Zhejiang province,and shield tunnel is commonly used for circulating water pipes.In the construction of a new shield tunnel,the segment deformation caused by tunnel crossing the new seawall is a very common problem.In this work,the drainage tunnel of Liuheng Power Plant in Zhejiang Province was taken as an example.The force,deformation and stability of the interconnected bolts were analyzed by using a three-dimensional solid numerical modeling,which could provide the basis for the project design.
