摘    要:我国建筑节能经历了三个指标阶段,目前已有的城市开始执行75%的节能指标,各种节能技术支撑着建筑物逐步的降低能耗,近些年发展的被动式超低能耗建筑引领着建筑节能,近零能耗建筑是建筑节能的发展目标。提高围护结构保温效果,提高总的能源利用效率,可再生能源的应用,被动式建筑技术是达到近零能耗建筑的基本措施。

Abstract:Building energy efficiency in China is experiencing three development stages.Currently,some cities have begun to implement the energy saving index of 75%.Many energy-saving technologies are being developed to support the buildings to reduce energy consumption gradually.The development goal of building energy efficiency is near zero energy consumption,which is based on building energy efficiency that has in recent years been caused by the passive ultra-low energy building.The basic measures to achieve the goal of near zero energy consumption building include the improvements of the insulation effect of the building envelope and the total energy utilization efficiency of the whole building,and the applications of the renewable energy the passive building technology.
