大连既有住区低碳现状评价研究

建设低碳住区已成为近年来备受关注的社会话题,为了解大连市既有住区的低碳现状,文中选择了位于城市中心区的昌平小区和位于城市边缘区的大有恬园小区进行了问卷调研,并运用SPSS软件进行了数据统计和对比分析,研究了既有住区低碳现状与住区建设水平,地域特征,居住人群基本信息和居民心理标准等因素之间关系。结果表明不同年代的既有住区在地理位置,建设水平,居民人群和低碳现状上存在很大差异,针对这些差异和不同,进一步提出适合的住区更新和改造策略,是解决当前住区问题和建设低碳住区的关键。

STUDY ON EVALUATION OF LOW CARBON STATUS OF EXISTING RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS IN DALIAN CITY

The construction of low-carbon residential district has become a topic of concern in recent years.In order to understand the current situation of low-carbon residential district in Dalian city,a questionnaire survey is conducted in the district of Changping and the district ofDayoutianyuan and the data are analyzed using SPSS,and the relationship of the current situation of low-carbon residential district,the residents,the location and the psychological standard are studied.The results show that there is a big difference in the level of construction,the characteristi.cs of residents and the location.A suitable residential renewal and a transformation strategy are put forward according to these differences,which is key to solve the current problems.
