波形钢腹板PC组合箱梁悬臂施工技术

摘    要:波形钢腹板PC组合箱梁是一种新型的钢-混凝土组合结构梁桥,具有自重轻、跨径大、彻底解决常规PC箱梁腹板裂缝问题、造型轻盈美观等特点,目前在日本被广泛应用,常用于跨径较大的跨河桥梁结构设计,但我国采用该技术建造的波形钢腹板桥并不多见,且大跨、宽幅的波形钢腹板桥尤为较少。本文依托前山河特大桥工程实例,对该桥悬臂施工工艺做了详细介绍,为后续大跨、宽幅波形钢腹板桥的施工工法提供了借鉴和参考。

Abstract:Prestressed concrete composite box-girder with corrugated steel webs is a new a new type of steel-concrete composite structure beam bridge,which with a lighter weight,larger span,beautiful appearance for completely solve the conventional PC box girder web cracks and other characteristics,and currently widely used in Japan.It is often used in the design of cross-river bridge structure with large span,but the corrugated steel webs bridge using this technology isn't common in China,especially in large span and wide corrugated steel web bridge is particularly rare.This paper relys on the Cantilever construction technology of Qian Shanhe super large bridge made a detailed introduction for the construction technology of the bridge cantilever and provides a reference for the construction method of the large span and wide corrugated steel web bridge.
