摘    要:本研究聚焦北方民族地区海绵城市建设的生态解决途径,将作为城市海绵体基本单元的单体工程项目地块作为研究对象,整合规划建筑景观市政各专业在雨水管理和低影响开发建设上的技术策略,与民族地区地域特点和城市建设现状相结合,从项目前期设计到施工图设计全过程的一体化方法进行研究,提出"海绵细胞"精细化设计的理念。从下至上,从点及面,从微观到宏观为我国民族地区推广海绵城市建设提供理论与实践基础,进而在全国范围内进行海绵城市建设的微观设计,单体项目的全程设计提供前期经验。

Abstract:This study focused on the ecological solution for building the sponge city in north ethnic areas.A single project in the basic unit of sponge city was taken as the research object,and the technical strategies about the stormwater management and the low impact development and construction from the planning,the architecture,the landscape and the municipal engineering were integrated and planned;and the regional characteristics of minority areas and the status of urban construction were combined;and the integration method of the whole process from the preliminary design of the project to the construction design was investigated.Then,the concept about the fine design of sponge cell was put forward.From the bottom to the top,from the point to the face and from the micro to the macro,this will provide a theoretical and practical basis to promote the construction of sponge city for our minority areas and further for the microscopic design of sponge city in the whole country,and additionally,this provide the prior experience for the whole process design of single project.
