基于区块链的工程总包管理改进措施研究

首先介绍了目前在工程总承包管理中存在的配合机制和反馈机制不完善的问题。文中引入了金融交易管理中的区块链技术理念,并介绍了该技术的主要特点。在上述基础上,充分利用区块链技术的可扩张性、可溯源性等特点,构建了工程总承包管理中的智能合约,并构建了围绕这一智能合约的反馈监督机制,这将使得工程总承包管理的配合机制和反馈机制运行更加高效,这也是国内首次运用区块链技术来改进工程总承包管理。

THE STUDY ON IMPROVEMENT MEASURES OF GENERAL CONTRACT MANAGEMENT BASED ON BLOCK CHAIN

This paper analyzes the imperfection of coordination and feedback mechanism in the general contract management.The block chain of financial transaction management is introduced into the general contract management and its features are described in the paper.The smart contract of the general contract management is constructed making full use of block chains' characteristics hke extensibility,traceability,and so on.Meanwhile,the feedback monitoring mechanism is constructed based on smart contract,which makes that the coordination mechanism and feedback mechanism of general contract management run more efficiendy.For the first time,the block chain is used to improve the general contract management in the paper.
