三项基坑支护新技术综述

摘    要:着重介绍3项基坑支护新技术,即装配式预应力鱼腹梁钢支撑系统、旋喷搅拌加劲桩锚固技术和等厚度水泥土搅拌墙技术。装配式预应力鱼腹梁钢支撑技术是针对大跨度基坑,若采用传统钢支撑其长度会过长的缺陷而提出的;旋喷搅拌加劲桩锚固技术是针对锚杆在软弱土层中锚固力不足的问题而提出的;等厚度水泥土搅拌墙技术是由常规水泥土搅拌桩发展而来的一项新型截水帷幕技术,可用于解决嵌岩隔水问题和超深基坑(30~60m)的地下水控制问题。

Abstract:In recent years,more and more new techniques in foundation excavation support spring up,three of them are introduced in this paper,i.e.,the innovative pre-stressed support method,jet grouting mixing stiffening pile and constant thickness steel cement-soil wall.The IPS method technology is proposed to solve the problem that when using traditional steel support in large-span foundation pit,its length will be too long.The jet grouting mixing stiffening pile can be used to solve the anchoring force shortage problem when the anchor is constructed in soft soil.The third technology TRD method,a new type of curtain for cutting off water,which is developed on the basis of conventional cement soil mixing pile,can be used to solve the embedded rock water separation problem and the groundwater control problem in extremely deep foundation pit (30 ~ 60m).
