桩托换结构截桩试验研究及数值模拟

摘    要:为了揭示托换结构截桩过程中荷载转移对结构变形规律的影响,本文开展了两种不同截桩工况下托换梁的截桩试验研究,获取了截桩过程中托换梁梁底的变形曲线,并在试验基础上开展了托换梁数值模拟分析。研究结果表明:在单桩所受荷载为1000k N的范围内,托换梁在截桩全过程中都处于弹性阶段,梁体未出现裂缝;先截除短轴桩,后截除长轴桩对托换梁的变形影响更小。

Abstract:In order to reveal the influence of load transfer on the deformation law of underpinning structures in the process of pile foundation entrainment,this paper carried the experimental study on the pile retaining of the underpinning beam was carried out under the condition of two different piles,obtained the deformation curve of the bottom of the underpinning beam.And numerical simulation analysis about underpinning beam was carried out basing on the experiment.The results show that in the single pile load is in the range of 1000kN,the underpinning beam in the whole process of cutting pile is in elastic phase,no cracks;Cutting the short axle pile first and then cut the long axle pile show the fewer impact of underpinning beam.
