自由曲面网格结构的力学性能研究

摘    要:首先介绍了自由曲面网格结构网格划分方法的研究现状。其次,基于浙江大学空间结构研究中心自主研发的自由曲面网格划分专用软件ZD-Mesher,选取曲面展开和引导线法结合的网格划分方法,对同一曲面划分不同走向的网格。最后,根据自由曲面的网格,建立有限元分析模型,分析并比较同一曲面不同走向网格的力学性能。结果表明,由此得到的自由曲面网格,基本实现了美学与力学的兼顾统一。

Abstract:In order to realize the organic unification of the grid aesthetic and structural mechanical performance,mechanical property of the finite element model that comes from the free-form grid structure after grid generation should be analyzed.This paper introduced the research status of grid generation method on free-form surface firstly.One free-form surface was then generated different trend grids using guide line advancing and surface flattening method which are based on ZD-Mesher developed by spatial structure research center of Zhejiang University independently.Finally,the finite element models based on surface mesh were established to analyze and compare the mechanical property of surface mesh with different trends.The results show that the resulting free-form surface grids realize the organic unification of the grid aesthetic and structural mechanical performance.
