摘    要:回顾我国低度白酒近30年的发展历程,低度白酒和降度白酒已为广大消费者成为白酒产销的主流.通过系统分析研究,找出低度白酒贮存中质量风格变化的原因.阐述了提高低度白酒质量的技术关键.

Abstract:The development process of low-alcohol liquors in China in recent 30 years was reviewed. Low-alcohol liquor and alcohol-degrading liquors have become the mainstream in liquor production and liquor sales because they are quite popular among consumers. The reasons of quality change of low-alcohol liquor during storage were analyzed through systemic research. Besides, the technical points to improve the quality of low-alcohol liquor were also illustrated.(Tran. by YUE Yang)
