摘    要:电能质量已经引起了众多方面的重视 ,对电能质量进行分析和统计将是电力供电部门提高自身供电质量 ,提高竞争能力的必要手段。随着“一户一表”工程的最终实现 ,为在低压负荷侧进行电能质量的分析提供了基础条件。从这两个方面考虑 ,对低压用户端的供电质量进行统计和分析 ,不仅能对电能质量标准的制定提供必要的数据 ,而且能从根本上考察用户是否遵守了系统的谐波标准 ,为谐波污染的治理提供依据

Abstract:Many utilities have attached importance to power quality.Analysis and statistics of the power quality is necessary for the utility to improve the power supply quality and the competition ability.When the project of"Single customer One meter"come true eventually,it provide the basic term of the power quality analysis on the side of low-voltage costumers.On both the sides,the analysis and the statistics of the power quality orient to the low_voltage customer can not only provide the necessary data to establish the power quality index,but also can examine whether the customer abide the system harmonic index or not.So it can provide the evidence to manage the harmonic pollution.
