基于PMAC的新型自动焊接辅助器

焊接结构日益向大型化发展,为了满足焊接过程自动化提出的更高要求,研发了新型自动焊接辅助器。该辅助器由行走机构、摆动机构、提升机构组成,通过更换轨道及调用不同的应用程序,可以完成不动管对接、大型储罐拼接、板板拼接等工作,尤其适用于大坡口厚壁工件的连续多层焊。该自动焊接辅助器具有方便的手持操作盒、多种可选择的应用程序以及可扩展应用程序的能力。试验表明,该自动焊接辅助器控制精度高,可提高大型构件的焊接质量和焊接效率。

A new assistant machine for auto-welding based on PMAC

With the welding structures tending to be larger and larger,hand-welding is far from meeting the requirements of modern production,and auto-welding is needed eagerly,so a new auto-welding assistant machine with walking setting,weaving setting and exalting setting is developed,which can be used in welding immovable pipes,huge tanks and boards by replacing relevant track and program.It is especially effective in continuous multi-layer welding.It has light machinery,friendly interface between machine and man,convenient handle-box,and optional and increasable programs.The experiments show that the auto-welding assistant machine is precise and flexible,and greatly improves the welding quality and production efficiency of the large welding structures.
