| 摘 要： | 通过一定的施工措施，在天然地基承载基本满足要求的前提下，经计算与实测表明，在非软土地区采用减沉复合疏桩基础可以有效减少地基沉降，满足设计要求。与常规桩基础相比，减沉复合疏桩基础费用降低约50%，经济效益明显。

| Abstract: | Through the certain construction measures, in the premise of the natural foundation bearing meet the requirements, the calculation and measured results show that, composite foundation with settlement reducing piles can reduce the foundation settlement effectively in not soft soil area, and meet the requirements of design. Compared with the pile foundation, the cost reduced by 50%, and the economic benefit is obvious. |
