Abstract:The influence of depth of extruding holes on die plate of KYW 25 type extruder to the output and quality of compound fertilizer are discussed. The experiment shows that when the depth of extruding hole is decreased from 25 mm to 1314 mm , the output and strength of product can be improved effectively. After the ring type die plate material is treated with carburization and quenching under the condition of 940 ,20 CrTi, the ring type die plate life span reaches the extent of 300400 tons products fertilizer.
