摘    要:固定式或可调式LDO的输出电压精度取决于其初始精度、稳定性、内部带隙基准电压源的温度系数和取样电阻的精度。详细分析了影响LDO输出电压精度的主要因素,重点阐述提高LDO输出电压精度的方法。

Abstract:The output voltage accuracy of the fixed LDO and the adjustable LDO is depended on the original accuracy, the stability, the temperature coefficient of the internal bandgap reference voltage source and the accuracy of the sampling resistance. The main factors which effectting the output voltage accuracy are introduced and the improving method of the output voltage accuracy is expatiated.
