摘    要:文章阐述了HPGeγ探测器对点源的探测效率函数及其参数的确定方法,并利用该函数,通过数值拟合方法,对两块已知样品中226Ra、232Th和40K三种放射性核素的放射性活度进行了分析,结果与已知数据吻合,证明了点源效率函数及其参数确定方法的实用性.从而可扩展到对任意形状样品的非破坏性测量和分析.

Abstract:A kind of efficiency function of HPGe y detector with respect to the point radioactive sources and the method of determining its parameters are brought forward. By means of the function and numerical method, ^226Ra, ^232Th and ^40K in two standard samples are analyzed, and the results are coincident with the known parameters, so the applicability of the function and the method is proved. In principle, this nondestructive analytical method can be applied to samples with any shapes.
