基于煤灰成分的非线性结渣模糊综合预测模型的研究

摘    要:燃煤锅炉的结渣主要是和煤质特性有关,常规的单一指标判断结果可能互相矛盾,所以结合煤质特性5项判别指标,应用模糊数学,建立综合预测模型。隶属函数选用非线性函数,对8种煤灰结渣特性进行了综合评判,并将其结果和实际结渣情况进行了对比,取得了很好的效果。

Abstract:The slagging of coal-fired boilers is associated with coal characteristics mainly. The distinguish results which use normal single distinguish target may conflict with real instance so this article sets up a new forecasting model, which takes account of five distinguish target of coal characteristics and use fuzzy mathematics. Use this model in which subjection functions choose normal nonlinear function to judge slagging property of eight coal ash samples. The results of the Fuzzy integrated judgment model are very good comparing with the results of the industry real instance.
