基于KM的电子政务系统设计与实现

本文研究分析了知识、信息、数据之间的关系,对电子政务的背景、涵义及电子政务系统的功能作了详细分析,揭示了知识管理系统在电子政务系统中的重要作用。提出并设计了一个基于KM的电子政务系统,给出了该系统中所采用的关键技术和创新点。所设计的系统应用范围不仅适用于基于KM的电子政务系统,而且同样适用于其他知识管理系统或者信息系统的建设。

The Design and Implementation of the E-Government System Based on Knowledge Management

This article studied and analyzed between the relations in knowledge, information and data, besides that , the background and the implication of electronic government, and the function of electronic government has been analyzed in details. and then has promulgated the vital role of knowledge management system in electronic government system. Proposed and designed the electronic government system based on the KM, has produced the essential technology and the innovation spot which in this system uses. The system application scope not only is suitable for the electronic government system based on the KM, moreover similarly is suitable for other knowledge management system or information system construction.
