| 摘 要： | 介绍了临邑输油站原油混输设施改造工程的输油工艺．着重说明了采用给油泵将两种或两种以上的油品从储罐中抽出,通过调节给油泵输量或者出口的阀门,使给油泵油品输出按要求达到混合比例这一控制过程。阐述了根据输量、含硫量、配输比例进行调节的控制原理以及自动配比、流量配比、手动配比的PID调节示意程序,在该控制系统中,上位采用CITECT组态软件,下位采用ControlLo~ix5000系列软件。
