摘    要:以棕榈酸、二乙烯三胺、马来酸酐为原料合成了一种新型咪唑啉缓蚀剂2-十五烷基-1(马来酰胺)-乙基-咪唑啉,其与助剂硫脲复配得到复配缓蚀剂YQ。采用静态挂片失重法、电化学评价法考察了YQ的缓蚀性能。结果表明,YQ能有效抑制饱和CO2盐水对A3钢的腐蚀。采用X射线光电子能谱及扫描电镜分析了腐蚀前、后及加入复配缓蚀剂YQ后A3钢的表面形貌及表面产物,探讨了YQ的缓蚀机理。结果证明,复配缓蚀剂YQ在A3钢表面形成了3层腐蚀产物膜,有效地抑制了饱和CO2盐水对A3钢的腐蚀。

Abstract:Imiazoline corrosion inhibitor was synthesized with hexadecanoic acid, diethylene triamine and maleic acid anhydride as the raw materials, then mixed with thiourea to form a corrosion inhibitor YQ. From the results of static weight-loss method, electrochemical polarization curve, it was shown that YQ could restraint the corrosion of A3 steel in the corrosion system of CO2 - saturated salt water. X-ray photoelectron spectrometry and scanning electron microscope were applied to investigate the electrochemical properties of YQ. The shape patterns and products on the surface of A3 steel in CO2-saturated salt water before and after corroded were analyzed. The inhibition mechanism of YQ was researched. The experiment result showed that three layer products were produced on the surface of A3 steel to effectively restraint the corrosion of A3 steel in CO2-saturated salt water.
