基于AMEsim的轨道架线车收放线装置液压系统仿真

以轨道架线车收放线装置为研究对象,利用AMEsim软件建立了收放线装置液压系统模型,通过设置主要参数,实现了液压系统动力学仿真。仿真结果表明,在收线过程中卷筒运行平稳,系统压力越来越小,马达输出扭矩越来越小,符合实际收线情况,为轨道架线车收放线装置液压系统的性能评估和优化设计提供了一条新途径。

AMEsim-Based Hydraulic System Simulation for Retractable Cable Device in Wiring Railcar

In order to research the retractable cable device of wiring railcar,the model of hydraulic system of retractable cable device was established with AMEsim software.And by setting the main parameters,the hydraulic system’s dynamics simulation had been achieved.The simulation results showed that in the course of recovery of wire the roll was running stably,and the system pressure and output torque of motor was getting smaller and smaller,which were consistent with the actual situation.This provides a new way for performance evaluation and optimal design of the hydraulic system of retractable cable device in wiring railcar.
