摘    要:提出了一种非自衡对象预测函数控制 (PFC) 增量型算法,闭环系统稳态性能分析表明,系统对于设定值变化、输入和输出阶跃扰动均无余差。锅炉给水控制对象是典型的非自衡对象,应用提出的算法,结合考虑可测扰动的 PFC 策略,设计了一种新型给水控制系统。仿真结果表明,系统具有良好的动态调节品质和很强的鲁棒性能。

Abstract:A novel Predictive Functional Control PFC) incremental algorithm for integrating plants is presented. ( Closed-loop system steady state performance analysis shows that the system has no remnant difference due to the variety of set point, step disturbances of manipulated variable and output. Boiler water feeding plants are typical integrating plants. Combining the proposed algorithm and PFC scheme and taking measurable disturbance into account, a novel water feeding control system is designed. Simulation results show that the system has favorable dynamic performances and good robustness.
