锂/亚硫酰氯电池内阻与容量之间的关系

摘    要:对ER14250型锂/亚硫酰氯(Li/SOCl2)实体电池(3.6 V/1.2 Ah)不同放电状态下的电池内阻进行测试,结果表明,放电过程中电池放电容量小于0.8 Ah之前,电池内阻几乎没有变化,放电容量达到0.8 Ah时.电池内阻开始明显增大,所以通过测量电池内阻变化有可能预测约30%(0.4 Ah)的剩余容量.碳包孔隙体积及活性表面的减少、电解液导电能力的减小、反应产物SO2气泡的存在,是影响电池内阻变化的重要因素.

Abstract:The internal resistances of ER14250 Li/SOCl2 batteries (3.6 V/1.2 Ah) were tested when batteries discharged at different currents. It was found that the internal resistance was almost stable before the discharge capacity reached 0.8 Ah and increased clearly when discharge capacity was more than 0.8 Ah. So the remaining capacity, 30% of battery total capacity, would be likely to be predicted by testing internal resistance. The volume of the pores and active surface of carbon electrode, the appearance of SO2 bubbles and the conductance of electrolyte were the main factors that effect battery internal resistance.
