Abstract:Aiming at the issues of low integration and the limitation of network compatibility for the instruments in water and sewerage company, this paper discusses the development of a multi-network access automatic control system based on Microchip processor PIC32 MX795 F512 L with the M4K core architecture, and expounds its whole system scheme, Ethernet/CAN network redundancy algorithm, and the frame protocols of heterogeneous network. Moreover, the system combines with other systems such as the safety protection system. Test results show that the network redundancy algorithm is effective, and that the proposed scheme of automatic control system is reliable and robust.
