| 摘 要： | 分析知识管理本质的基础上,提出了一种基于工作流技术的知识管理系统实现方案,并给出了系统的体系结构设计与安全访问控制策略。介绍了知识管理对工作流柔性化管理的支持,并分析了异常知识库的构建方法。同时,从知识管理开放、灵活性的设计需求和工作流柔性化管理的角度,对传统的工作流建模工具进行了改进设计。最后,针对面向工作流技术的知识管理,给出了一种知识库实施方法。

| Abstract: | The essential characters of knowledge management (KM) are analyzed, the solution to set up knowledge management system (KMS) based on workflow technology is proposed, and the key technologies for system development are presented in detail. According to the requirements of KMS, the security access control policy is also discussed. After introducing the demand of flexible workflow management, the strategy of building up workflow exception repository and the improvement design for traditional workflow modeling tool are both put forward. Finally, a method to construct the workflow-oriented knowledge base is provided. |
