| 摘 要： | 工业设计是以创新思想为指导的产品设计方法，巧妙的结构设计往往能演展出优良的外观形态，文章以膨胀螺钉启发的结构设计为例，阐述了一个机柜框架结构的构思演变过程，旨在说明有些产品的造型设计可从结构创新入手，进而到整体外观的形状、色彩、表面材质效果和人机界面设计等，结构创新应成为工业设计的主要方法。

| Abstract: | Innovation is the leading design method of product design in industrial design. Skillful structure usually can result in a good external appearance. This paper takes structural design of an design of expanding bolt for example, elaborates a process of structure design of device cabinet. The aim is to explain that the product form design can commence from the structure innovation, then to reach form, color, surface material effect, man-machine interface design etc. of whole external appearance. The structural innovation should become a main method of industrial design. |
