摘    要:介绍一种大型中频透热炉的温度监控系统,具有对加热工件的温度检测及炉体感应线圈的冷却水温超限监测两项功能.温控系统包含两套红外非接触传感器和64个半导体集成温度超限开关量.模拟量以4~20 mA电流形式传送,开关量采用RS-485总线分时扫描上传.所有信号汇合到采集接口板,经数据缓冲、A/D转换及RS-232C串行处理后送微机监控显示.经实际应用验证:温度监控系统可以通过图标切换、指针摆动和数据指示等形式定性、定量地反映中频感应加热炉的系统参数和温度参数.

Abstract:Introducing a middle-frequency inductive oven temperature monitoring system used for aluminum rod heating,it can detect the temperature of cooling water for the oven's inductive coil.The temperature control system including two set of infrared transducers and 64 semiconductor integrated temperature switches.The analog signals are transferred by 4-20 mA current loop and the switch signals are transferred by RS-485 data bus in time dividing and scanning.All of them are gathered by data interface board in which assembled with the A/D converter and the data buffer.The output signals of interface board are displayed on the monitoring computer through RS-232C serial interface.The temperature monitoring system will display the system parameter and temperature parameter by switching symbols and swinging points in the form of states conversion or numeral indication.
