活塞尾锻造工艺实验研究

摘    要:高硅铝合金SC100_T6具有低热膨胀率和好的耐磨性,但是SC100_T6在室温下塑性差,不适合锻造,在高温下模具的摩擦因数大,增大了锻造的难度。详细分析活塞尾锻件结构尺寸和模锻成型的关键技术,制定了三步模锻成型工艺:预锻成型、终锻成型和切边,设计了模具结构。工艺实验验证了工艺的可行性。

Abstract:Aluminum alloy with high assay silicon SC100-T6 has lower rate of thermal expansion and good abrasive resistance. But it is hard to be forged for its poor plastic property in room temperature and higher friction coefficient between the work piece and die at high forging temperature. The structural dimension of piston tail forging part and the key technology of die forging were analyzed in detail, then a three-step die forging process was determined which included blocker forging, finish forging and trimming. The structure of the forging die was designed and the feasibility of the process was verified by technological experiment.
