低负荷下阻燃织物的特性

摘    要:测试阻燃芳纶/棉混纺织物、阻燃粘胶/羊毛混纺织物、阻燃腈纶/棉混纺织物和阻燃涤棉混纺织物等在低负荷下的FAST风格、动态悬垂性及折皱回复性等27项指标,并进行因子分析,提出表征面料特性的硬挺度因子、拉伸弹性因子和折皱回弹性因子的概念.研究结果显示:羊毛纤维能显著提高阻燃织物的抗皱性;阻燃纤维混纺织物的拉伸弹性较好,但经阻燃整理后的阻燃涤棉混纺织物的拉伸弹性差;阻燃芳纶/棉混纺织物的硬挺度高,涤棉混纺织物经阻燃整理后的硬挺度增加.

Abstract:The main mechanics properties of blended fabrics with flame retardant such as meta-aramid/cotton,FRC/wool,modacrylic/cotton and polyester/cotton are obtained,which indude FAST fabric style,dynamic drape and crease recovery.They are reduced into stiffness factor,tensile elasticity factor and crease recovery factor by factorial analysis method.The results show that: wool fibers could significantly improve the crease resistance of fabric;the tesile elasticity of blended fabrics which weaved by fire-retardant f...
