水力活塞泵打捞工具的改进

针对普通卡簧打捞器使用中存在遇阻时脱不开、捞出后卸开困难等问题,改进设计了新型沉没泵打捞器和固定阀打捞器。这两种打捞器的特点是操作方便、安全,使用效果好;打捞遇阻时,可增大拉力剪断安全销,使卡簧脱开被捞设备。但使用前应根据钢丝绳的破断拉力选用安全销,卡簧锥形部位应涂润滑脂。

Improved Fishing Tools for Hydraulic Pumps

In view of the problem that the conventional overshots are difficult to be released from the fish, either when stuck in the hole or after retrieved from the well, two new tools for retrieving the pump and the standing valve are introduced in this article, which are characterized by ease of operation, greater safety and efficiency. In case the tool is stuck in the hole, the safety pin on the tool can be sheared by increasing the pull tension and the catcher of the tool can thereby be released from the fish. The safety pin should be selected according to the breaking strength of the wireline. On the conical back of the catcher lubricating grease should be applied.
