| 摘 要： | 参考咨询服务是大学城各校区图书馆的一项重要工作,如何高效地开展参考咨询服务工作,关系到整个图书馆工作效率的提高.文章提出了一种新方法-协作式数字参考咨询服务.论文先提出了开展协作式数字参考咨询服务的理论基础以及必要性,然后重点介绍了开展协作式数字参考咨询服务工作的技术支持.

| Abstract: | To the university city liabrary,reference serveice is important.It will work on the efficiency of the entire work of the library that how to develop the reference service.The article proposes a new method-Collaborative Digital Reference Service.Thesis first proposes the theoretical basis and necessity of the collaborative digital reference service,then gives out the technical support for the collaborative digital reference service. |
