罗尔斯正义原则的超越与局限

正义原则是罗尔斯正义论的重要理论之一,也是其公平正义的核心内容。一直以来,国内外大部分学者对这两个正义原则持肯定态度,特别是其差别原则,更是划清了与极端自由主义和激进平等主义的界限,使人们认为它对解决社会存在的公平问题具有借鉴意义。同时也存在一部分反对者,认为其在很多关键问题的描述上过于简略和含糊,部分理论间存在着矛盾。基于此,作者通过对罗尔斯正义原则的理论分析,进一步详解罗尔斯的正义理论。

The principle of justice theory is one of the important theory of the core content of the fairness and justice.Most scholars at home and abroad have the positive view about of the two principles,especially the difference principle,which makes it clear and extreme between liberalism and radical egalitarian boundaries,and makes people know how to solve the problems existing in soiety.There are also parts of people think that have many vague on key problems.So this paper based on the principle theory to analysis further understanding of rawls justice theory.
