摘    要:用微波消解法对同一地域不同时期的蜂胶进行消化,以电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)检测蜂胶中Cu、Fe、Zn、Mn、Na、K、Ca、Mg、P等九种元素的含量,并优化微波处理样品条件。分析结果表明蜂胶制品中富含多种常微量元素,不同时期蜂胶中常微量元素含量相差不大。

Abstract:The contents of elements Cu,Fe.Zn,Mn,Na,K,Ca,Mg and P in different periods propolis in the same place were studied by ICP-AES with the microwave digestion. The optical condition of microwave digestion measurement was optimized. The resuh indicated that there were high contents of constant and trace contents in propolis, and the constant and trace contents almost were the same in different periods propolis.
