| Abstract: | This article first describes the limitations of traditional man-made broadcast, and then combines experience in business operation. This paper focuses on analysis how to use the speech synthesis technology to design the structure, system function and main business process of intelligent voice broadcast system, giving the the corresponding recommendations at the same time. |
