竹纤维织物热湿性能的测试分析

摘    要:探讨竹纤维织物及竹棉混纺织物的热湿性能.采用竹纤维纯纺纱、竹棉混纺纱,分别设计了一上三下破斜纹、方平、一上三下右斜纹和凸条4种组织的织物.通过热湿性能的测试和作用原理的分析,得出导热性、吸湿性、透湿性和透气性等热湿性能是衡量夏季织物吸湿快干的重要因素的结论.通过对竹纤维织物、竹棉混纺织物、棉织物热湿性能的对比分析可知,竹纤维织物、竹棉混纺织物均具有优良的吸湿快干特性,在棉纤维中混入适量的竹纤维,可有效地改善棉纤维织物的服用性能.

Abstract:The heat and moisture property of bamboo fiber fabric and bamboo cotton blended fabric were discussed,four stitch fabric were designed by bamboo fiber pure yarn and bamboo cotton blended yarn,which are swansdown broken twill,basket,swansdown right twill and ribbing.Through test of heat and moisture property and analyses of function principle,the result of important influence factors on moisture adsorption & drying of summer fabric were proposed,they are heat conductivity,moisture adsorption,moisture permeability,air permeability and so on.The comparing of heat and moisture property of bamboo fiber fabric,bamboo cotton blended fabric and cotton fabric shows that bamboo fiber fabric and bamboo cotton blended fabric have better moisture adsorption & drying property,the test shows that adding suitable bamboo fibers into cotton fibers can improve wearing characteristics of cotton fiber fabric effectively.
