精密微型比例阀的设计与应用

摘    要:介绍了自行研制的常闭型微型比例阀,概述了比例阀的工作原理,详细介绍了其材料选用,结构设计、性能测试和应用方案。其特点是体积小,低功耗,精度高。为了满足高频精密控制,定铁芯和动铁芯材料选用上采用电磁纯铁DT4E;结构设计可以根据使用压力和流量不同,选用不同流通能力Kv值和流通孔径;同时动铁芯采用嵌套式弹性机构,配合电路PWM(Pulse Width Modulation)脉宽调制闭环控制,可以实现精密电子流量/压力控制EPC(Electronic Pneumatic/Pressure Control),流量精度达0.001mL/min,压力精度达0.001psi。

Abstract:This paper introduces the working principle, material selection, structure design, performance test and application scheme of the proportional valve.In order to meet the high precision control, the fixed iron core and the moving iron core are made of magnetic iron DT4E.Different flow capacities and flow apertures can be selected.The precision electronic pneumatic / pressure control can be realized by a nested elastic mechanism in the moving iron core with circuit pulse width modulation closed-loop control.The flow accuracy is up to 0.001ml/min and the pressure can reache 0.001psi.
