摘    要:通过应用超高效合相色谱(UPC2)和超高效液相色谱法(UPLC)对饲料中5种非法添加的苏丹红类染料测定的参数进行比较,为此类染料分析检测方法的选择提供参考。分别应用UPC2和UPLC对染料分析检测条件进行优化,对这两种方法的灵敏度、线性相关性、稳定性和加标回收率等参数的测定结果进行比较。UPLC对苏丹红Ⅰ、苏丹红Ⅱ、苏丹红Ⅲ、苏丹红Ⅳ和溶剂黄2的最低检出限为0.04mg/L,比UPC2测定时有更高的灵敏度;UPLC检测较UPC2有更好的线性相关性;当染料浓度低于10.0 mg/L时,UPLC对染料进行测定有很好的稳定性;当浓度高于10.0mg/L时,两种测定方法的稳定性相当;UPC2方法中5种染料在3min内实现基线分离,与UPLC相比方法更加高效快速,可用于饲料中该类染料的快速分析检测。

Abstract:UPLC had higher sensitivity and better linearity than UPC2.When the concentrations of 5 illegal dyes were lower than 10.0 mg/L, UPLC had better stability than UPC2, but the similar stabilities were observed when the concentrations were higher than 10.0 mg/L.In UPC2 method, 5 illegal dyes colud be separated in 3 minutes by UPC2, and full baseline separation was achieved.UPC2 was simple and time-saving, and could be used for the rapid determination of the illegal dyes in feed.
