| 摘 要： | 采用便携式可见分光光度计测定桂圆中二氧化硫含量。结果表明,二氧化硫在0~120mg/kg范围内线性关系为y=0.99Abx-0.007,相关系数为0.999;重复性为9.0%。与实验室检测数据相比偏差为2.2%~9.0%。实验证明便携式可见分光光度计测定桂圆中二氧化硫的结果与实验室测定结果相当,可以用于桂圆中二氧化硫含量。

| Abstract: | Sulfur dioxide in longan was determined by a portable UV-Visible spectrophotometer.The measurement technology which can meet the field rapid detection was inspected.The results showed that sulfur dioxide linearity was good in 0-120mg/kg.Linear relationship was y=0.99Abx-0.007,and correlation coefficient was 0.999.The detection limit was 2.11mg/kg and the deviation was 2.2%——9.0%.Compared with the fixed laboratory testing technology,the experiment proved that the portable UV-Visible spectrophotometer method for determination of sulfur dioxide in longan could be applied to rapid on-site detection. |
